Shipping Policy

We appreciate your business! To ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, please review our shipping policy below. Orders require 2-3 business days for processing, with delivery estimates ranging from 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team.

We strive to meet our delivery estimates; however, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, carrier delays). If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please notify us via email at support@highestevolvingreflection.com.

Damaged Packages: 

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Return to Sender:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
